Paying attention to the relation between safety and the structure of cities and increasing the safety of it by design improvement is a term which is neglected in many plans. Increasing safety of urban environment in order to achieve a safe and secure city is one of the most important approaches which have been interesting for urban planners in recent years. In current study after mentioning an introduction related to CPTED model, safety and precautionary approaches for urban crimes, explains the content and the influence of the foretold approach on improving safety and to prevent crimes. The goal of current study is to analyze the safety of the city of Kalale in Golestan province and increasing it as the most important approach in preventing crimes and making safety using CPTED principles in this city. This article has analyzed and researched the city of Kalale with attributive method and using the CPTED approach and as a result evaluates the problems and its safety with presenting appropriate solutions in every part of the study in order to help urban planners and designers for designing a safe urban environment and improving order and safety. The results indicate that this city in terms of security is in medium level and uprising and acquiring and using the solutions from the study could achieve order and safety improvement in the city
