چکیده
اگر چه به سادگی بتوان اظهار کرد که ناحیه‌ای از ناحیه‌ی دیگر از هر لحاظ توسعه، توسعه یافته تر یا عقب مانده تر است. ولی اندازه گیری کمی توسعه یافتگی کار ساده‌ای نیست. هدف از تحریر این مقاله تعیین درجه توسعه یافتگی شهرستان‌های استان همدان و تحلیل نابرابری‌های منطقه‌ای در این استان می‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی است. شاخص‌های مورد بررسی متشکل از پنج شاخص شامل بهداشتی - درمانی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، آموزشی، اقتصادی (کشاورزی - صنعتی)، کالبدی و زیربنایی می‌باشد. در این راستا برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارهای Excel و برای ترسیم نقشه‌ی سطوح برخورداری شهرستان‌ها از نرم افزار ARC GIS استفاده شده است. نتیجه‌ای حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که:شهرستان همدان به عنوان برخوردار ترین و شهرستان فامنین به عنوان محروم ترین شهرستان‌های استان می‌باشد. این موضوع اولویت توسعه و ضرورت توجه بیشتر به نواحی شمالی استان را در برنامه‌های آینده توسعه در راستای یکپارچه و پایدار این نواحی مشخص می‌سازد.

Although it can be stated simply that of any other area of the region in terms of development, more developed or more backward. However, a quantitative measure of development is not easy. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the degree of development of the province and city in the province of regional disparities. The research was descriptive - analytical. Parameters studied included five indicators of health - health, social, cultural, educational, economic (agricultural-industrial), and physical infrastructure is. In this context, and Excel for data analysis software to map the surface of the city have been using ARC GIS software. The result of the study showed that the city of Hamedan city feminine Brkhvrdartryn and the poorest city in the province. This development priorities and the need for greater attention to the northern areas of the province in future applications of the integrated and sustainable development in the areas characterized.
