The so-called second homes in rural tourism are one of the issues that can have an important role in rural physical changes. Obviously, that second homes in the northern regions, especially the good weather in recent years there has been a spread, which is certainly the issue caused a lot of changes in land use in residential areas into different types of users are. Since the area of the northern region of good weather in the Alborz Mountains and the Caspian Sea and its surrounding areas in terms of vegetation is a better situation, always been tourists from all over the country and especially Tehran is. This applies especially to the area near the capital as well as the expansion and improvement of the transport network the country. Most talented bar area for second homes purpose of this research is to gain a detailed understanding of the spread of the phenomenon of second homes in the area Vázquez in the city Ghaemshahr and thus earn about and rural land use changes in this area. Different user area currently selected and the last time (for example 15 years ago) residential area and its changes over the period studied, the proportion of this area to the total area of changes in various applications and to User changes to non-residential to residential use, the proportion of second homes in areas where the period of study of other uses have changed to residential use.
